First, it seems like all my signed documents prior to October are missing. I am trying to open one document from November 2019 and I get Access token provided is invalid or has expired. Does anyone know what this is, what it means, and - most importantly - how to FIX it?

Are you trying to access the Adobe Sign via the Document Cloud account?
