I requested support and never heard back from the tech support line at Adobe... after a month of trying to get a hold of someone through the chat or email functions my issue just got closed....I am feeling so furstrated. My question is related to if I need to upgrade from my current Acrobat Pro for individual users to a small business account so I can put the Adobe Sign on my website, which will allow seamless sending, signing, tracking, and managing of signature processes from my end for forms.
