How can I get a scrollable text box as a form in my PDF document, which I send for signature using EchoSign?

When I create a document using a template from my library, I find that all the text I include in my text box is scrollable and viewable, but after sending for signature, users are not able to scroll through the text, and can only see what's visible in the text box itself.

Hello Erin,

I believe you have added text field and you are either prefilling or adding default values ( more than the size of text field). You would need to make sure that the length of text field is appropriate in order to fit all text in it. If you enter text more than the size of field, then the remaining text would cut off.
