While setting up my account, the wrong language was selected...."it was a slip of the mouse", too big a hurry.... now I cannot read the language to be able to manage my account! On-line help "out of USA" does not seem to understand the problem. They appear similar to Russian or Arabic type symbols. HELP!!!?

At the bottom left of the Adobe Sign login page you will get the option to change Language:
- Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign
