How do you change the default subject "signature requested" wording?

Does anyone know how you edit the subject of the document that is being sent to remove the "signature requested on" prefix? See below. I want to remove this so that only the actual name of the document is shown as the subject.

Running into this in this most recent update to Adobe Acrobat online. I send agreements each month and would like just the document name to be the subject.

I am having the same problem and it makes it impossible to track which contract is a particular client - they used to use the name of the contract now it uses "Page 1 of 2" for every contract I send out - HELP
