I found the below instructions on Adobe Help, yet in my new small business Adobe Sign account there's no link for "message template"? How do I change the text in the password protectection post and automatic emails that are sent to my recipients? The language does not reflect our project or purpose for the documents. Thank you for any help, M

Below are the steps to create Message Templates:

  1. Log in to Adobe Sign account.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Go to Account Settings.
  4. Select the option of Message Templates.
  5. Select the + icon to create a new template.
  6. Add the Template name and Template Message, and Save it.

Hi maggies5773844,

This option is available to our business/enterprise level customers. Users should be able to navigate to account > email settings to change the default message sent in the email, as well as the header/footer of the email. You can follow the instructions here: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/quick-setup-guide.html under the topic "Upload your email header/footer"
