How do I delete a free adobe, I thought I was logging onto the trial one. So now I am signed in to the free one and can not get my email into the trial one under companies trial account.
The best solution to this situation is to have the account Admin add you to their trial.
Admins have the authority to "pull" users into an account, but users can't insert themselves (for security reasons).
When the admin adds you to the account, one of two things will happen:
If the error is presented, the Admin will need to contact the Adobe Sign Support team to evaluate the root of the problem and correct it.
The Admin will need to engage support, as they are the authority for their account, and only they can add users (or approve moving a user into the account).
ok- I we managed to fix that. Now I have a second question. Is there anyway to delete the free adobe in my name, so that I don't accidentally get into wrong account?
