Hybrid Routing Order

Can anyone point me out to the API call that I can use to specify who signs when? For example, if I have 5 signers, how do I specify in API sending document call taht Signer2 must sign first, after that signers 1,3 and 4 sign in parallel and Signer 5 signs last.
