Is there a way to create one form for signature approval and resent again for reimbursement approval?

We are looking to make one form professional development form that needs to be signed to get approval first to go to the professional development and when they complete it, they then submit for reimbursement--is this a possibility?

In a Single transaction you can send the document for approval & then to the signer for signature.
