How do we go about setting up a web form where the first party can complete a few fields (no signatures) then have it automatically go to a second party for signature then a third party for final signatures? Is this possible?

Hi Rob-bos,

In the Web form, if the second and the third party will be same in each case, then you can add them as the counter signers while creating the webform.

If these party will change as per the first signer, then it is not possible with the webform.

You may refer to the following help link to create the web form:

https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/how-to/sign-widget.html

https://helpx.adobe.com/in/sign/using/web-forms.html

For that you can use the Workflow option in Adobe Sign. However, the option is available only for the enterprise accounts.

Refer to the following links for more information:

https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/how-to/workflow-designer.html

https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/workflow-designer-signature-workflow.html

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi
