Can Adobe sign send a form that needs different content filled in by every signer - Other than date, person, signature? So if the:

Originator added a description, the route of approval, and some other details then:

1. person added a price and approved

2. person added different content and approved

3. person added different content and approved

4. person added different content and approved

5. person added different content and approved

can this work in adobe sign?

Also if someone isn't available to sign can a second signer be added or group email?

thanks,

Rick

Hi Rick!

Field assignment is best done on the authoring page, and here is a pretty good article in the Help documentation that shows the process.

Enterprise level customers have access to a feature called "Recipient groups", which is a structure that allows one (and only one) of a group of people to sign in any one signer position of the signature cycle.  That setting must be enabled by the Account admin for your Adobe Sign account and can be done so in the Global Settings. Here is an article on what that looks like in the send environment.

If you do not have an enterprise level of service, it is possible to use a distribution list that accepts externally sent emails (assuming your recipients are external to you).

If a DL isn't practical, you can always replace the recipient if you are made aware that there is a problem.

Hope this helps!
