I need to create a form for a student internship approval that goes to four people in a specific order. The process would be as follows:

1) The student accesses a fillable form from a central location (ideally it would be posted on our e-learning site)

2) The student fills out the form and returns to their academic advisor and the internship supervisor for their signatures.

3) The final signed form is submitted electronically to the program coordinator.

The first 3 people are always different--only the 4th person (program coordinator) remains the same.

We are currently using a fillable pdf form with a signature field, but it doesn't work for people who don't have the latest version of adobe. We want to move to something web based but can't find anything that allows the flow described above.

Is this possible with Adobe Sign and if so how? Any help would be appreciated!

Many thanks!

Hi Julea,

Yes, this is indeed a supported workflow by Adobe Sign. You can embed widgets in your website, if you want to use the document posted on your e-learning site.

I will suggest you to contact Adobe Sign staff by filling up the form @ Contact Us | Adobe Sign

You can also sign up for a 15 day free trial to explore other capabilities and possibilities in Adobe Sign: Free trial, Adobe Sign (formerly EchoSign) | Adobe Document Cloud

Hope this helps!
