I'm trying to streamline our process for one person signing the same doc multiple times as they finish the tasks outlined on the doc/agreement. We are in the middle of large event planning and to keep everyone on task we are looking for something that will let us configure a timeline for signing off on multiple tasks once they are finished. So, I want to be able to send this doc, the host finishes task 1 and I get a notification that they have signed off on the first task. Then the doc automatically is sent back, based on time sensitive triggers, a month or a couple weeks later so the host can sign off on task 2. And so on...until the week before the event where the last task's signature completes the doc. Is there functionality for this with AR? Thanks!
