No longer have access to create a web form

Last week, I had no problem creating a web form, however, it is no longer an option for me under "Do More With Adobe"

Where did it go or is there a new navigation to create a web form that I cant find?

Could you please confirm if you are using the same email address for Adobe Sign that you have used to sign in this community?

If yes, would you mind sharing the screenshot of the options you see on the Home page?

Did you make any recent changes in the account?
