I downgraded my account from paid to free however, I can't send any documents for signature. Why? Originally, I had the free account and was able to send a certain # of documents monthly. But now that I've upgraded and went back to a free account I don't have the option to send documents.

We can see that you have canceled your Adobe Sign subscription and your account status is showing under the Canceled Channel.
With the changes to Adobe Sign Free account service, the free account is not provided anymore. You will be able to log in only to have access to your old agreements.
That is the reason they cannot send agreements anymore.
