I am looking for a solution which;

  • Is 100% on-premises (not cloud based).
  • Integrates with an existing on-premises PKI or provides its own certificates.
  • Has an API so that other applications such as a JAVA-based application server sitting behind a web portal, can request to digitally sign documents.
  • Supports multi-factor authentication, whether using SMS or a mobile app authenticator.

I am aware that Docusign (and possibly eSignLive) provide for the above either with virtual servers or applicances that can be installed on-premises, but I want to compare features and an indication of cost and pricing structure of multiple options.
