I received an email from echosign@echosign.com this morning titled:  You signed:  "Application Form"

There is a button in the emial labeled Open agreement with a URL link embedded in the button starting with:  https://secure.na1.echosign.com/public/viewagreement?tsid=...
with a string of letters and numbers completing the URL.  The return address for an email reply is to an email address at dnb.com and the rest of the URLs embedded in the email seem to go to adobe.

I haven't e-signed any documents or applications with DNB.  Is this a phishing message?  Does Adobe communicate from echosign.com any more?  A copy of the email is attached.
