Hi,
I've created a field model (sorry, I don't have the exact terms in english as I use the french version), and my two date fields look okay when we fill the form.
Once we receive the filled in form, the date fields only show the day. The month and the year have dissapeared.
Both the size of my field and that of the font used look fine...
Has anyone else encountered the same problem?
In that case, I would suggest you contact the support team.
Refer to the steps as mentioned in reply 4. They will check it and help you with this issue.
Let us know if you need any help.
Regards,
Meenakshi

Are there any Adobe employees out there to help? I'm losing hope that we'll be able to use this tool at work...

Hi Vickyg,
Sorry for the delay in response.
As you have mentioned that when you fill in the form, the date fields look okay.
However, when you receive the form, the month and year are not showing in the date field.
Please confirm if you are referring to the same PDF form.
Make sure that you have assigned the right date format to the field when you sent the document for signature.
Assign form fields to recipients
Did you check if the same behavior occurs with other forms?
Would it be possible for you to share the form with us? We would like to check it on our end?
You may share the file using the steps mentioned here How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

Meenakshi

Hello Meenashki,
The problem occurs in Adobe Sign.
I am sending myself a document to which I add signature and date fields right before sending.
In order for you to understand the situation, you will find in the cloud link below various screenshots, visually explaining exactly what I am doing from the moment I upload my file in Adobe sign, when I add my saved fields from the library, the moment I fill it out, and the result I receive after sending the signed file.
Hope this helps and thank you in advance.

Hello meenakshin,
I will not be able to send you the file, as it contains private information.
Also, the file is a simple PDF, nothing interactive.
You would need access to my account, since the fields are all applied to it in Adobe Sign with a saved model.
I will try contacting the Adobe Sign support team.
Thank you for your help!

Hi Vicky,
Apologies for the delay in response.
It appears that the font size of the date field is rather large, and that the complete can't be seen as a result.
To circumvent this issue, please either enlarge the field of the date box or make the font size a little smaller. You can also select an 'auto' size to ensure the date fits in the field.
I hope this helps!
Kind regards,

Hello marjana51441123,
I have tried making the field bigger, while putting the font size on Auto like you suggested. I even changed the date format and the alignment, in case there was a problem specific to those functions. I still only get a part of the date (three first digits) in the final result :
