"Adobe Sign not available" for past 5 hours. Am I the only one?

I've been trying to use Adobe Sign for half the day. Help though the chatbot said I'd get a call within an hour - that was 4 hours ago. Now the chatbot just says they're experiencing "longer than expected" wait times and I've had nothing for hours. Any suggestions? Who can I contact? Who will help me? I need to get a contract to signature by the end of the day.

The customer service is appalling. Is there another avenue?
