Message received when trying to send a document. Before it was sent to me it was signed by another person via docusign. But I have had many other contracts signed by docusign by one party and adobe by another.

Did you ever get a response to this we are having the same issue.  In the past we could download and reupload file and it would work, but currently that is not working
