Hi

I have been having the same problems over the last 24hrs. Some documents get through and are successfully signed, whilst others get blocked by this error message

What is going on?

I have checked the email address that you have used to sign in to the forums.

You are subscribed to the Adobe Acrobat DC which includes Adobe Sign Individual account.

Could you please confirm if you have recently changed your Adobe ID?

How exactly you are sending Documents for signature?

Are you using Adobe Acrobat DC or the online Document Cloud account to send the documents?
