If you are referring to the Fill & Sign tool in Adobe Acrobat DC, please try to update the application to the latest version.

Launch the application and go to Help > Check for updates.

You can also refer to this help link Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader for details on the latest version for the application.

After updating the application, try once to reboot the machine.

Check if the issue still occurs.

I am having the same problem with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2018.011.20055.

Fill & Sign is blank, and Send for Signature is blank.

There is no more recent update available.

I have a Mac, so no option to "Repair Installation" is available in the Help menu.

I am able to fill and sign the same forms with Preview, the software that comes included at no additional charge with Apple's OSX. But Acrobat is not working.

What do I do?

Please try to update the application on your Mac.

You are using an old version of Adobe Acrobat DC.

Launch Adobe Acrobat DC and go to Help > Check for updates.

Refer to this help document Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader to get information on recent updates.

Try once to use the Fill & Sign option online here Adobe Document Cloud

Check if you can fill the PDF form without any issues.
