Hi,

I am trying to apply the following test:

1. The sender triggers to a person 2, as delegator.

2. The delegator will send to person 3, as form filler.

3. The form filler populates a field required, and the doc goes to the approver.

4. The approver may reject.

In the case of rejection, I would need that the document get back to the form filler to fix it, rather than having the whole process cancelled.

Is there any way to set this workflow?

Thanks and Regards,

Larissa

Hi Larissa,

We apologize for the delay in response to your query.

Is there any way to set this workflow?

What you are looking for, can not be achieved. Once a approver declines, transaction is terminated. It can not be send back to the form filler to fix it, you will need to send it again.

Hi

Just to confirm is this still the case? All the data needs to be re-entered if the approver rejects.

There is no way to make the small change?
