Send a document for someone to delegate signing

Hi,

I understand that rather than assigning a recipient as a signer, they can be assigned to delegate the signing to someone else. What Adobe Sign version do I need for this? I'm currently trialing the Small Business version and I can't see this function. Is it available in the paid version, or do I need Adobe Enterprise for this?
