I send multiple documents for signature.  How can I save each document individually after they have been signed?  My account type is DC Premium eSign services P2.  Thank you.

Hello,

Please follow the steps mentioned below:-

- Login to your EchoSign account

- Go to Manage page

- Select the signed document

- Select the PDF option on the right side window

- Save the document

Hi Nakul,

I have been able to save the PDFs as a single document.

To add more clarity to my question, when I send multiple individual documents to a signer, Adobe Cloud combines them into a single document.  After the signer signs the documents, I want to save the documents back to individual documents.

How can I split the documents after they have been signed so that they are not all lumped into 1 PDF?

Hello,

In order to retrieve back the individual copies uploaded after signature, you need to enable the setting as admin in your account. You need to go to Accounts->Account settings->Global settings and check "Keep document separated".

Let me know if the issue persists.

Where do I find "Accounts"?  I have looked for a tab called Accounts, but I have not found it.

Hi Rijul,

I entered a question into the community forum a week ago but a have not received an answer.  Can you help me?  My question is:

I would like to send the same form to 15+ people for signature.  This is because I need each person to complete the form and return it to me.  I do not want multiple people to sign the form, and I do not want any one person to be able to see the form that another person signed.  Same form, individual signers.

How can I do this without sending 15+ separate signature requests for the same form?

I don't have a Global settings option.  I'm needing to do the same thing.  We often send quotes, service contracts, and other documents that then need to be pushed through separate queues.  Getting them all back as on PDF will not work for us.  Docusign even at the most basic level offers this feature by default.  Chat support told me I'd have to go to Enterprise Adobe Sign to get that feature.  I hope that's not true.  I'm not sure how to even get that as an Adobe Acrobat DC user....
