We are continuously getting the attached Server Error message when attempting to sign a new document added to the library. It first happened when an employee tried it, and is also happening to us when trying to replicate the issue. We tried reuploading the document from scratch as well as removing all of the fields and reentering them ourselves. Can someone please provide some guidance on getting this resolved? It is the new 2020 W-4 form provided by the IRS, if that helps at all.
