Is this possible? Our contracts are written up and sent by 1 person. The adobe account is registered under the owners name and email. Is there a way to change the Name and Email the contracts are sent from without changing the account information?

Sorry for the delay in response.
It is not possible to change the sender's email address while sending the document. It will only show the email address registered on the account, as a sender.
If you wish to send it from a different email address you need to change the account email address to that particular email address.
You will not have to change other information on the account.
