Signatures come back blank

when sending a document for signature, the receiving party gets it, signs, and it gets sent back to us.  but only it's blank, or looks like there's a "white box" over the signatures....

Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still experiencing the issue when sending the document for signature?

Could you please let us know the exact steps you do when you send the form for signature?

Can you share the screenshot of the signature box on the form that you received from the signer?

To add the screenshot here, please use the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

Once you click on this icon, you get a small window.

Click on Insert Image and then browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

Is it an issue with some particular document or with other PDFs as well?

Can you share the original document with us so we can check it on our end?

You can use the steps mentioned here How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud to share the document.
