specific Recipient not receiving email

hello One of our customer with which we use a lot Adobe sign suddenly doesn't receive the request anymore. it's neither in SPAM, there is no rule , the email is just not in his mailbox. In Sign, it is marked as waiting for signature, Can someone help ?

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

As the signer is not receiving the email, please make sure that you are using the coorect email address to send the document.

Please check with the signer if he can find the document in the Adobe Sign account under the Manage > Waiting for sign.

 

Let us know if the issue persists.
