I received the following bounce back email when trying to send all contracts.
"We were unable to create your agreement Island Realty Rental Agreement because we had a problem converting your document VacationRentalContract.pdf to PDF.
This may only be a temporary problem. However, if you have tried more than once to create this agreement with the same document, please visit our online support system."
Anyone have any idea what causes this? Was this an outage of some sort?
Could you please let us know the complete workflow followed by you?
Also, are you receiving this error while uploading the document in the Adobe Sign environment.
This could be a document specific issue, as the PDF might not be created using adobe Sign support PDF creator tool.
You can try to flatten the document before uploading it in the Adobe Sign environment using Acrobat application so that the PDF becomes compatible with Adobe Sign.
Open the PDF in Acrobat> Click on Print> Select Adobe PDF as Printer, this will flatten the document.
Is there a description of what constitutes a supported PDF creator tool?
