Unable to put a "signature block" on the document

I need to be able to put my signature on the document where it asks for it, but I am unable to put a "signature block" on the document during the sending process and I am unable to find the document in the library because there is no option to view the documents in the library.

Are you using Adobe Sign Web application in browser or Acrobat DC desktop application  while performing the above operation?
