Hi I've been having issues sharing my templates with other users in my company. When I go to edit a template and update the template properties to share with "Any User in my Organization" it remains only viewable by myself once I save it. I've gone back into the updated template to find that the option has reset.

Hi Mishadr,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

What happen when you try to edit the template, is it just not update or you change the properties and it goes back to the viewable  by myself?

You may refer to the help article here and follow the steps suggested- Change library template permissions

Or Edit or delete a template |

Let us know the result after trying the suggestion referred above.

Regards,
