unable to sign document through browser (not display)

Hello guys,

I trying adobe as a trial so far. But there's a problem when opening a document to sign. it display nothing.

I tried everything i know so far.

cleared cookies.

opened firewall and security issues.

installed flash.

other browsers.

Please help me as my trial period is about to end.

Guys , I found the solution.

After contacting adobe support. they refused to help me regarding that I'm using a trial account. which was something disappointed.

How you want me to pay to get support for something it didn't even worked in the trial which it's main purpose to evaluate the product to decide to pay.

Anyway after a lot of tries I found the problem in the account it self.

Yes. I tried another account and it works fine on the same PC with the same agreement.

See at the last the problem was from adobe them self. and even I didn't want to help them as they did. But this for favor of other customers who are facing the same problem.
