Sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems. Please go to 'Adobe Sign Admin' page and make sure you are linked to correct Adobe Sign account. If the status shows 'No account linked', link an account and sign into your Adobe Sign admin account. Hope this helps.
If the problem persists, please submit a support ticket so we can investigate further. To open a support case, log into your Adobe Sign account and click on "?" in the top right corner. From there, click on “Start here >” under the Support Case section then click on “Support Request.”
