Hi, I am wondering if the only way to send an Adobe fillable form is through the adobe sign portal or if there is a way of sending them through email too?

Hi there,
Yes absolutely you can send fillable forms. There are 3 basic ways you can create a fillable document to send with Adobe Sign - https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/create-forms.html.
Here is more on forms, form fields and libarary templates :

Be well,

Hi, thank you. I already have templates done and I know I can send them to signers via the adobe sign portal but I was asking if there is a way to save the fillable template to my computer and send it via email without logging into adobe sign each time. I'm asking bc other people will need access to the template I created but they do not have an adobe sign username/password. I'm thinking that even if it is possible to send it to a client via email by others, the process/features won't be the same, for example, I will not have the same opportunity to assign who signs things in a particular order or and it won't be automatically sent to the next person the way it is done in the adobe sign in portal.

Hi,
Thank you for providing additional details around your question.
Unfortuntately there is no way to download/export the fillable template from Adobe Sign to save to your computer. If you have access to Acrobat or Acrobat DC you can create a fillable form and save to your computer (or elsewhere).
Have a great day,
Shannon
