Current Team price plan is 30,99 Euros / per seat / per month. What is the "per seat" stand for?

The number of people inside the company from which a signing sequence is initiated or something else?

Example: The support contracts signed between clients and company are about 1000/year.

Each contract file to be signed has <100 pages and <10MB size.

There are 2 users who start the signature procedure and 2 executives who sign on behalf of the company.

How many seats do this company need to buy?

Greetings!

Per seat is the same as per license.

Each of your internal users needs a license (seat) to access the Adobe Sign service.

People that only sign documents do not need a license.

In the case where you have two Senders, and everyone else only signs the documents, you need two seats.

Thank for your answer.

Can you also clarify the transaction limit PER USER for the team price plan?

In my example the support contracts signed between clients and company are about 1000/year.

Are two (2) users enough or do I need to buy more seats?

My understanding from the Sales team is that each license is allowed 150 transactions per license, aggregated for the account.

So two licenses would allow 300 transactions per year.

Because the transactions are aggregated for the account, one user can send all 300.

If you only have two senders, but need to send 1000 transactions per year, you will need 7 licenses (seats) even though you only have two physical people authenticating to the system.  The other 5 exist to allow for the volume.

That's the straight math, but may not be the only/best solution.

I would recommend talking with someone in Sales if you aren't already. They can talk with you about volume and features, and then help find the right pricing for what you need to do.
