won't let me sign

PLEASE HELP!!  I am trying to esign a document from Google apps.  I am directed to a google.echosign.com page with the document.  I click the yellow START arrow and then "click here to sign".  The signature window opens, but I am not able to type my signature (I get a red circle with a slash when my pointer is over the typing box).  If I choose the "DRAW" option, I'm able to draw my signature, but the "ACCEPT" button does not light up and I can't click it.

I've spent hours on the phone with Google help, and now Adobe does not even OFFER phone help!!  I need to get this document signed, please.

Rijul,

Thank you for getting back with me. It is the Google HIPAA B.A.A.

document. It is part of their signup with them so there is no email

involved. I did find out the problem. Apparently, when you sign up for

Google Apps for work and need to sign the B.A.A. you need to have Google+

turned on. The problem is that this is not part of the main explanation on

how to sign the B.A.A. You find out when you start trouble shooting. I

did get it resolved.

Hello Elizabeth,

While drawing your signature in the Signature field, there is a Name field in it where you need to type your name as well and then only the Apply button gets active. Can you quickly check and let me know?

Rijul,

I am having the same problem Elizabeth above was having. There is both a type name and draw name option, but when you click on type name it will not let you type your name at all.  I can click draw name, but even when I draw my name the accept button is still grayed out and I cannot click on it.
