Перетаскивание изображения в артборд

Не получается вставлять изображения (и не только) перетаскиванием в артборд. Только с помощью импорта файла, а это достаточно неудобно. Как решить проблему? У меня Win10

Hi, of course you can insert an image directly on the artboard. Select the rectangle tool and create the shape that interests you. Next, drag the image into the newly created shape and import the image directly onto the artboard.

No, this is not a solution to my problem.

From what I understand, you are trying to insert an image into an Adobe XD artboard by directly dragging it from your computer to the artboard. Is that correct. You should be able to do that in XD. I created an artboard, and dragged an image from my computer to the artboard to insert the image. It works fine. Is that not happening on your computer?
