I didn't download it.

Got it. So this was the version of Segoe that was installed with your machine?

Got it. Did you install Windows and then add the Chinese language pack using the Settings menu, or did you happen to install any other way?

I'm a Chinese and my system is in Chinses. I think the font had already existed in the computer before I bought it.

Another question - when you change to a Chinese font, does the character change back to 门?

This is beginning to sound less like an Adobe bug and more a bug with the font (which is a system, font, by the way). When you try this on WordPad, does it have the same behavior? Use the Segoe font, paste the character in.
