Oct 29, 2020 Oct 29, 2020

Dear Community members,

In the last release of XD, we witnessed a very nice feature, which is the 3D Transform, but unfortunatly that feature is still not applicable on Hover State.

So I am asking for this feature to be improved and to allow 3d use in hover state.

Thank you,

Thanks for sharing the video. This really helped in understanding the issue. This seems to be a known limitation with 3D Transform feature "When you apply 3D transforms to hover or tap states, Transforms are applied to all states for that object". Please check out this article for more info on limitations: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/xd/help/design-in-perspective-using-3D-transforms.html

Thanks,

Harshika

Hi Mazenm,

Thank you for reaching and using the new feature. Would you mind describing more about using 3D transform with hover state? Could you please share your workflow or a video for better understanding? As of what I know, when you apply 3D transforms to hover or tap states, Transforms are applied to all states for that object which is a known limitation.

Thanks,

Harshika

Hi there,

As Ares suggested, you can also upload the video to a shared location such as Dropbox or WeTransfer and share the link with us here for better understanding.

We will try our best to help.
