Hi all, we have a lot of issues with seeing and opening Component Library in "Your Libraries" folder on CC.
We are a team of 4, some of us will see a file on his "Your Libraries" folder but can not open them.
Some won't see the files eventhough they are editors on them, and Owner for another team member.

Hi Tony, I can try to troubleshoot a little bit.
Are there any errors coming up?
Are there any sync issuses? Is it like the image i attached?
Do you guys need a VPN? IS it working and syncing?
I assume you have shared it with the others.
Can anyone get to through XD and not necessarily CC?
Can you create a simple library and re-share with one other? Does that work?
maybe take away edit privlidges or leave and try to come back?
I don't want you to run around in circles around this issue. But those are some of the things I would check.
In the end you may want to create a new version of the library, but yes I do recognize this might be more challenging.

Thank you @joel246759296dg5 for trying to help.
We are talking about a robust library that has over 30 interconnected files, so recreating will be time consuming.
But yes, we thought in the same structure that you stated. Tried removing and readding, as a viewer and sharing always works, when it comes to Edit/open the file in XD this is the problem.
We tried sharing from within XD and from the library, syncing is going good and is working fine with all other documents, and we don't get any errors in any of the steps.
Latest trial was kinda funny. I was able to see one of the library files but can't open it. So I asked the owner to readd me which she did. I received the email to collabroate, it linked to CC to Accept as normal and I accepted. Restarting the whole system, and now the file disappeared from my library! The owner can see me as "can edit" on the file.

That is very difficult. My last role we had 15 designers accessing one library. One thing we ended up doing was to have one lead designer being the editor so that we ourselves did not create any conflicts with the designs themselves. But the shared components seemed to update ok if the VPN and syncing was working well. In my current role I have a very small team but I have about 30-50 files and 3-4 products. They are connected to 1 library. I am lucky as my files are always progressing so I version them as I go forward. On the really big team I was on Adobe granted me access to the Enterprise system so that when designers were coming and going I could add them in and take them away. It was an Adobe Admin panel. If you are not with a large org I don't know if that would even exist for you. What size org are you working with? because it almost seems like a conflict with the users, the emails or some acive directory. Again, I don't want to send you off down a path that wastes your time.
