You can create working link by switching to Share-Mode.Please refer https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/share-designs-prototypes.html

Thanks for the quick feedback, but I was referring to a much simpler feature- to add a link inside the wireframe - like Figma, sketch and Microsoft  word have (you know - with the underline 🙂 )
