Adobe Creative Cloud out of storage error

I am unable to open certain Adobe XD documents from the 'Shared with you' section (which files are not stored locally) and Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app displays an error 'Your account is out of storage' - but my Cloud Storage usage is shown ad 187MB of 100GB used - as I don't have any XD or other cloud documents of my own this seems correct.

It seems this storage issue is blocking the download and syncing of some of the XD documents shared with me.

Hi @Seb0D4D ,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:

  • Sign out of XD & Creative Cloud Desktop app.
  • Close CoreSync and all Adobe-related processes from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
  • Reboot the computer.
  • Sign back in on the CC Desktop app and launch XD from there and check if you are able to open the files.

If this doesn't help, please share a few more details like:

  1.  A screenshot of the About XD info page.
  2. The version of the OS.
  3. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?

Regards

Rishabh
