Adobe keeps saying "We can't verify your subscription status."

I've updated Adobe XD and it stopped working. it keeps saying "We can't verify your subscription status."Adobe xd error.JPG

When i click try again, it gives this vague message "Sorry, Something went wrong".

What have you done for troubling  shooting so far? Have you rebooted your system? Have you logged out and back in to Creative Cloud?
