Adobe meldet mich automatisch ab - Fehler beim Laden der Cloud

Hallo ihr Kreativen da draußen, 🙂

ich habe seit Anfang Oktober 2022 das Problem, dass Adobe XD Probleme beim Laden der Clouddateien hat und mich immer wieder abmeldet. Der Fehler auf der Startseite lautet "Fehler beim Laden" und meldet mich sofort wieder ab, wenn ich neue Projekte anlege oder Alte öffne. Danach hängt sich XD auf und läuft trotzt Schließung des Fensters im Task Manager weiter. Das Problem war nach dem Update auf Version 55.0.12 kurzzeitig verschwunden, tauchte aber eine Woche später wieder auf. Da ich auf einem Firmenrechner arbeite, muss ich mich über CiscoAnyConnect verbinden und habe keine Admin-Rechte, weswegen ich nur bedingt die Lösungen in den Foren umsetzen kann. Ich habe bereits folgende Schritte unternommen:

  • Bei Creative Cloud (Desktop) An- und Abgemeldet
  • CC geupdated
  • CC alle Schriften deaktiviert
  • CC-Neustart mit strg+alt+r
  • Synchronisierung angehalten, wieder gestartet und Ordnerpfad verschoben
  • XD geupdated
  • XD deinstalliert und neu installiert
  • XD über Startmenü, CC und Dateien>Neu geöffnet
  • Problem bei Photoshop Express/Premiere Rush überprüft, tritt aber nur bei XD auf
  • Abgemeldet und Ordner "Roaming/Adobe/Creative Cloud Libraries" gelöscht, neu angemeldet

 

Meine Systemvoraussetzungen

  • Win 10 21H2
  • XD 55.0.12 (keine Plug-Ins)
  • CC-Bibliothek 3.21.0.21

 

Einen ähnlichen Post habe ich schon hier gefunden (Error: Initializing CC Libraries), konnte aber die CMD-Zeile aufgrund fehlender Rechte nicht ausführen. Ich hoffe sehr, dass ich das Problem mit meinen Nutzerrechten irgendwie lösen kann und wäre euch für Feedback sehr dankbar. 😉

Hi Harshika,

I'm sorry to tell you that the security policy of my company does not allow remote access on my machine. Surprisingly, today Adobe XD started working again. I cannot explain why, since I did not update or alter any preferences. Maybe some unknown background processes did the magic. 

Sadly, this problem occurred during multiple client presentations, which is why we are considering switching to Figma.
