Adobe XD 44 - Stuck at launch in Windows 10 OS

Hello!

I didn't want to post at first and try to search in this forum and saw a lot of people with the same problem but so far i still have the same problem :

My XD is stuck at launch :

I did in order :
-Restarted my computer
-Erased the temp folder
-Gave the neccessary perm to msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dl

-Update XD
-Update Windows
-Update Drivers-Performed a clean reinstall of XD with the dedicated tool
-Performed a clean reinstall of the creative cloud with the dedicated tool
-Tried with a new account on the same pc and it work on this account only.

Hi, I'm sorry but sadly it doesn't help.

I used the AdobeLogCollector tool and got this file if it may help :
AdobeLogs_20210928_123900_354-win.zip

Hello,

I still have the same problem.

It is stuck on the loading white screen.
I did the suggestions shared here with no success.

So i don't have any problem anymore.

The solution was to reset my windows (complete reinstall).
