Adobe XD 55 keeps crashing on Windows 10

Hello,

 

since this tomorrow, Adobe XD keeps crashing after i click on "new File" i see a canvas for some seconds and then it closes.
I am running the newest XD Version and Windows 10.

I also restarted, reinstalled and tried older Versions ofcourse.

 

Can someone help?

Hey,

 

should be Version 55.2.12. I figured out, it should be a windows Problem. I did a factory reset, because i had some more issues with windows and after the reset, Windows had no issues and XD was running. After some ours, Windows problems and XD Problems were back... definitly a windows issue i guess. Couldnt figure out what and switched to mac instead.
