Adobe XD CC duration bug

Explorer ,
Dec 13, 2017 Dec 13, 2017

Hello

I've come across this really annoying bug. When I'm in Prototype and trying to set a duration for my animation I simply can not.

The drop-down is empty. The only values I can type in are 1s and 5s. When trying to type something else a blank space appears and nothing changes.

This is not the only issue I've noticed. Opacity value is also blank and can't be changed to different values than 0, 50 and 100%.

Please help!

Windows 10 Home.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. We'll investigate it.  A few questions:

1. Did this happen with previous versions of Adobe XD, or just the current one?  FYI - the current one's version number starts with 3.0.

2. What kind of hardware are you using? (System with mouse/trackpad)

3. What locale settings are you using? If non-EN, does the problem go away in EN?

4. What version of Windows 10 do you have? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13443/windows-which-operating-system

Thanks!

-Daniel

Hi, thanks for the reply.

To answer your questions:

1) Happened with previous and current (update from December 11th) versions.

2) What do you mean exactly? Any specifics in mind? Here are some: i7 6400 @ 4GHz w/ 4 cores, GeForce GTX 970 4GB, 16GB RAM, lots of hard drive space.

3) EN

4) Version 10.0.16299

So far, we haven't been able to reproduce this problem.  We'll keep looking into it.

What is the specific model of your machine? Are you using a mouse/trackpad?

Also, is there any custom text-input software or config you might be using? For example, do you have any accessibility settings that might vary from the default?

Thanks,

Daniel

Yes. Me neither I've gotta be honest this is driving me crazy. Using Adobe XD with no proper animations becomes... Somehow useless. I've updated all the drivers, apps, system's up to date. I've got no idea what is the problem. Maybe Adobe XD is just more compatible with OS...

Sorry. I forgot about this one. It's a PC so I'm using a standard mouse.
