Adobe Xd CC inicia en gris y se cierra despues de unos segundos

Buenas hoy eh decidido instalar Adobe Xd CC y se instala todo bien, pero el problema sucede al abrir la aplicacion, cuando la abro Adobe Xd CC se queda en blanco y se cierra unos segundos despues, quisiera que me ayudaran con este problema, muchas gracias. Les dejo una imagen para que lo vean ustedes mismos.

La laptop que estoy usando es una Lenovo Legion Y530-15ICH con trarjeta grafica NVIDIA es una GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

Thank you for the info. We are aware of this issue on Windows 1809, and the team is working to fix it in a future update. Can you try restarting Windows, launch Adobe XD, and let us know if it worked?

Thanks for sharing the screenshot and specification of your machine Vixusoff. Could you please ensure that your graphics drivers are up to date as on manufacturer's website?

I would also like to know the version of Adobe XD which you using right now along with the OS build. I would also request you to check windows known issues section here: - Known issues.​
