I am admin and my colleague can't invite me to co-editing to an XD file. It is in her cloud, and when she wants to invite me, XD says admins already have all access. But I dont see the files of my colleague. It works the other way around. But she does the main work.

We tried that she invites our group, then I got an invite and saw the file for a minute or so, then it was gone.

Hi @jk19035953 ,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Would you mind sign-out and then signing back in? Once you sign in, please check if it gives you two options for account types, Personal or Organization. Please try them one by one and let us know if you're able to co-edit with any one of them. If it still doesn't work, please confirm if you have a team license or an enterprise license?

Thanks

I have now the problem, that my other adobe software are all on the organization account. So I would need to change account when I want to work with my colleague. That is way too complicated.
